By using Lumen Labs services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Lumen Labs
Lumen Labs is an independent analytical laboratory operating in Manila, Philippines, providing chemical-analysis services on customer-submitted samples for harm-reduction and quality-verification purposes. Lumen Labs is not a medical service provider, pharmaceutical seller, or treatment facility.
2. Service description
Lumen Labs performs analytical chemistry tests including high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (LC-MS), gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS), endotoxin testing (LAL), and microbial limits testing (USP 61) on submitted samples. Test scope and methodology are specified at point of purchase.
3. What Lumen Labs does NOT do
- Lumen Labs does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
- Lumen Labs does not sell pharmaceuticals, peptides, anabolic steroids, supplements, or any therapeutic compounds.
- Lumen Labs does not endorse any vendor or supplier of compounds tested.
- Lumen Labs does not provide legal advice on the regulatory status of submitted compounds.
4. Intended use
Test results are provided for informational and harm-reduction purposes only. Customers are responsible for the legal status of compounds they submit for testing in their jurisdiction. Submitting samples that violate Philippine law (RA 9165, RA 5921) is the customer's responsibility, not Lumen Labs'.
5. Test results
Lumen Labs reports measured analytical values with stated methodology and uncertainty ranges. Reports reflect the specific submitted sample at the time of testing and do not certify the broader batch or vendor's quality. Customers acknowledge that:
- Analytical results are limited to the specific sample submitted.
- Storage and handling between testing and use can affect product quality.
- A passing result does not constitute a recommendation to use the product.
- Customers should consult qualified medical professionals before using any compound.
6. Confidentiality
Lumen Labs maintains customer confidentiality. Submission data is not shared with FDA Philippines, BFAD, vendors, regulators, or third parties unless legally compelled. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Payment and refunds
Payment is required at time of order. Accepted methods include bank transfer, GCash, Maya, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT, USDC). Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Liability limitation
Lumen Labs' total liability for any claim related to a test is limited to the amount paid for that test. Lumen Labs is not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use of test results.
9. Compliance with Philippine law
Lumen Labs operates as a private analytical laboratory. We comply with applicable Philippine commercial regulations. Customers are responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to their use of submitted compounds.
10. Changes to these terms
Lumen Labs may update these terms periodically. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active customers.
