Purpose of this declaration
Lumen Labs Philippines provides independent chemical analysis services for harm-reduction purposes. This declaration outlines our position on the substances we analyze and our role in the testing process.
1. Our role
Lumen Labs is an analytical laboratory. We identify and quantify the chemical composition of submitted samples. We do not:
- Manufacture, sell, distribute, or endorse any substances
- Provide medical advice or treatment recommendations
- Encourage or facilitate the use of any controlled or uncontrolled substances
- Guarantee the safety of any substance for human consumption
2. Harm-reduction mission
Our services exist to support harm reduction. We believe individuals who choose to use performance-enhancing or research compounds have the right to know exactly what they are using. Accurate analytical data enables informed decision-making and reduces harm from contaminated, mislabeled, or counterfeit products.
3. Legal compliance
Lumen Labs operates in compliance with all applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines. We reserve the right to refuse any sample or request that we believe violates local or international law.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring possession and shipment of samples complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. Lumen Labs accepts no liability for any legal consequences.
4. No endorsement
A test report from Lumen Labs is a statement of analytical findings only. It does not constitute an endorsement, certification of safety, or recommendation to use, purchase, or distribute any product.
5. Interpretation of results
Test results should be interpreted by qualified professionals. If you have questions about health implications, consult a licensed healthcare provider. Lumen Labs staff are analytical chemists, not medical practitioners.
6. Client responsibility
By using our services, you acknowledge that you submit samples for analytical purposes only, accept full responsibility for how you use the information, will not hold Lumen Labs liable for consequences of substance use, and understand testing cannot detect all possible contaminants or hazards.
