1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Lumen Labs Philippines ("Lumen Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, laboratory testing services, customer portal, and related communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Lumen Labs provides independent, third-party chemical analysis of submitted samples. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Qualitative and quantitative analysis of anabolic steroids, peptides, SARMs, SERMs, and related compounds
• Harm-reduction screening including heavy metals, endotoxin, and sterility testing
• Digital report generation and delivery via secure (TLS) channels
• Report verification services

We reserve the right to refuse any sample or testing request at our sole discretion.

3. Sample submission

By submitting a sample for analysis, you represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to possess the sample in your jurisdiction; the sample is submitted solely for analytical and harm-reduction purposes; you will follow all shipping instructions provided by Lumen Labs; and you accept full responsibility for the contents of your shipment.

Lumen Labs is not responsible for samples lost, damaged, or delayed during transit. We recommend using tracked shipping services.

4. Payment

All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are due at the time of order. We accept Bitcoin (BTC), stablecoins (USDT, USDC), and bank transfers. All payments are final and non-refundable once analysis has commenced.

If a sample is insufficient for analysis or arrives damaged beyond usability, we will contact you to discuss options.

5. Reports and results

Test reports are delivered electronically via secure email (TLS) and through your customer portal account. Reports reflect the analytical findings of the specific sample submitted and should not be interpreted as an endorsement or recommendation of any product.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and test results as strictly confidential. We do not share individual client data with third parties unless required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Public results

With your consent, anonymized test results may be published to our public results database. No personally identifiable information is included in public reports.

8. Limitation of liability

Lumen Labs provides analytical services only. We are not a medical, pharmaceutical, or regulatory body. Our reports do not constitute medical advice. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, our total liability shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific test in question.

9. Intellectual property

All content on our website is the property of Lumen Labs Philippines and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Manila, Philippines.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page.
